With over 15 years of coaching, mentoring and leadership experience, I have helped high performing founders, entrepreneurs and senior leaders reach their potential, create change, and consistently achieve their goals. I've been a senior leader at billion dollar, publicly listed companies, to smaller private-equity backed firms. I've managed hundreds of staff, and advised tech start-ups.
While my professional background might be useful to know, as I discuss in this article, I believe the true value of a coach lies in their ability to connect, understand, and tailor their approach to their clients' unique situation and goals.
